Veterinarian
DR. JILLIAN BURCHETT
D.V.M / Medical Director
Dr. Burchett was raised in Park City, Utah, and loves all the activities our local mountains bring for her and her family. She lives with her husband Dominic, five children (four girls and one boy), and all the critters the kids collect on the property, including two dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs, bunnies, leopard geckos, and a bearded dragon.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in Illinois and her veterinary degree from Washington State University. After graduating in 2008, she returned to her home state and has been practicing small animal medicine in the Park City and Salt Lake areas. She has enjoyed the amazing bond created between a veterinarian and the families she sees throughout the life of their pets and looks forward to creating new relationships as she sets out on this new “Frontier.”

RACHEL
LVT / Hospital Manager
Rachel was born and raised in Texas, where she found her passion for animals as a young child. She started her career at 17, working in kennels as a dog washer, and eventually graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston in 2011 as an LVT. She has over 15 years of experience working in small animal medicine and has a strong interest in surgery and ultrasonography. She and her partner, Brett, moved to Utah from Austin with their two dogs, Olive and Ruby, in 2021. Olive is a 15-year-old rescue from Puerto Rico, and Ruby is a 5-year-old Pit Bull/Great Dane mix who thinks she’s a lap dog. In her spare time, Rachel loves to ride her mountain bike, take the dogs on long hikes, camp with friends, and paddle board.

Born and raised here in Utah, Jamie is deeply rooted in her local community. From her earliest days, Jamie enjoyed working with animals on her grandparent’s cattle farm. Her passion for all animals was born here and has led to a rewarding career as a Veterinary Technician in Utah and Nevada. With over a decade of expertise under her belt, Jamie has developed a deep compassion and dedication to the well-being of animals.
At home, Jamie is kept on her toes by three lively sons and Kobee, an Aussie-Doodle with a wild personality of her own. Outside of work and her kids, Jamie enjoys riding horses and spending time with friends and family. Jamie is lucky to have found a job that brings her both purpose and joy.

LaKel was born and raised in Kamas Utah and recently graduated from South Summit High School in 2024. She has had a huge passion for animals ever since she was a little girl and strived towards working in vet med. LaKel enjoys rodeoing, camping, boating, and many more outdoor activities.

Kamilla (Kam) is a 30-something wife, mom and bookworm. She was born and raised in Utah, residing in Kamas with her husband, 3 kids, dog and cat. She enjoys hiking, yoga, reading and making ceramics. New to the veterinary industry, Kam loves animals and has enjoyed playing a part in helping them feel better at Frontier.
