Veterinarian
DR. JILLIAN BURCHETT
D.V.M / Medical Director
Dr. Burchett was raised in Park City, Utah, and loves all the activities our local mountains bring for her and her family. She lives with her husband Dominic, five children (four girls and one boy), and all the critters the kids collect on the property, including two dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs, bunnies, leopard geckos, and a bearded dragon.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in Illinois and her veterinary degree from Washington State University. After graduating in 2008, she returned to her home state and has been practicing small animal medicine in the Park City and Salt Lake areas. She has enjoyed the amazing bond created between a veterinarian and the families she sees throughout the life of their pets and looks forward to creating new relationships as she sets out on this new “Frontier.”
Dr. Elle D’Alessandro
Veterinarian
Dr. Elle D’Alessandro earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Royal Veterinary College and has 6 years of experience in mixed animal and small animal medicine. She has completed additional training in endoscopy, laparoscopic surgery, soft tissue surgery, and camelid medicine, allowing her to provide advanced medical and surgical care for her patients. Her professional interests include surgery, and she enjoys performing both soft tissue and minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. D’Alessandro’s passion for veterinary medicine began at a young age while growing up in rural England surrounded by animals. She is passionate about preventive care and hopes clients know how deeply veterinary teams care about both their patients and the people who love them.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors shooting, horseback riding, and hiking with her two dogs. She and her husband share a love for scuba diving and exploring new adventures together.

LaKel was born and raised in Kamas Utah and recently graduated from South Summit High School in 2024. She has had a huge passion for animals ever since she was a little girl and strived towards working in vet med. LaKel enjoys rodeoing, camping, boating, and many more outdoor activities.

Kamilla (Kam) is a 30-something wife, mom and bookworm. She was born and raised in Utah, residing in Kamas with her husband, 3 kids, dog and cat. She enjoys hiking, yoga, reading and making ceramics. New to the veterinary industry, Kam loves animals and has enjoyed playing a part in helping them feel better at Frontier.
